By downloading or using PeakMultitrack (“the app”) you accept these terms.

Licence of use

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices, subject to Apple’s App Store terms.

Your content and copyright

The app is a tool for playing and mixing tracks that you provide. You are solely responsible for holding the rights or licences needed for the audio and multitrack packages you import and play. The app does not provide, sell or distribute musical content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to infringe third-party rights or for unlawful purposes.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will run without interruptions or errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for damages arising from the use of the app (including loss of data or of content).

Changes

We may update these terms; changes will be published on this page with a new date.
