What to include in your message
With these details we can reproduce the problem much faster:
- Device and system version (for example: iPhone 15, iOS 18.4).
- PeakMultitrack version (in the app’s settings, at the bottom of the screen).
- What you did, what you expected and what happened instead.
- If relevant: the format of the audio files you were importing.
- Screenshots or a short recording, if it is a visual problem.
Frequently asked questions
Which files can I import?
You can import folders or packages with one track per instrument (for example WAV, AIFF, CAF, MP3, M4A). PeakMultitrack does not provide or sell music: it plays and mixes the tracks you bring.
Are chords, key and tempo calculated in the cloud?
No. All analysis happens on your device, with a chord model that ships inside the app. Your audio is not uploaded to any server.
Chord or section detection does not match the song
The analysis is automatic and can struggle with heavy percussion, key changes or live recordings. You can adjust the key and edit the sections by hand in the app. If a specific song is consistently wrong, tell us by email: it helps us improve the model.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The app is built for the stage and plays your imported tracks with no connection at all. The one feature that needs the internet once is stem separation, which downloads its model the first time you use it; after that it works offline too.
How do I join the free beta?
The app is published on the App Store; the TestFlight beta is free and lets you try the features we are preparing before they ship. You will find the link to join on the home page.
How do I delete my data?
The app creates no accounts and stores nothing on servers. Deleting the app removes the tracks and settings stored in its container. More details in the privacy policy.
Feature requests
We read all of them, and many of the current features came from messages sent by musicians. Write to support@peakmultitrack.com with the subject “Idea”.
